SARAJEVO, July 17 (FENA) - The international summer school on the topic of circular economy, which started today at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo, has brought together a group of experts and students from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region to jointly explore the importance and potential of the circular economy for the future.

The circular economy, according to the professor, vice dean for teaching at EFSA and project coordinator Eldin Mehić, represents a new and innovative way of thinking about the way we manage resources on our planet.

"In the circular economy, resources are used in a sustainable and efficient way. This transformation of the way of thinking and acting can help us create a sustainable society that will reduce waste, use valuable resources and preserve nature for future generations," explained Mehić.

Therefore, he added, the summer school aims to encourage change and inspire the creation of new ideas.

Each participant has a unique opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills that will bring us closer to the realization of a circular economy.

In addition, the program is designed to empower participants to become agents of change.
