SARAJEVO, July 24 (FENA) - At a session scheduled for Tuesday, the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider the decision on the revision of this year's budget of the FBiH, and the proposed amendments on its execution.
At the beginning of July, at the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina established the Proposal for Amendments to the FBiH Budget for 2023, which amounts to 6,937,563,355 KM, which is 211.7 million KM or 3.1 percent more than this year's budget.
The amendments to the FBiH budget for this year have been referred to the parliamentary procedure as a matter of urgency, and they are conditioned, as explained, by a series of economic factors and decisions.
The proposed agenda includes changes to the Law on Treasury in the FBiH, and the reasons for their adoption are, first of all, to harmonize it with the Law on Budgets in the FBiH and the Law on Internal Audit in the Public Sector in the FBiH.
The House should consider the Bill on the Protection of Civilian Victims of War in the FBiH and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanors, together with the Framework Budget Document of the FBiH for the period 2024 - 2026.
