SARAJEVO, July 24 (FENA) - The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina supported today the principles of the Bill on Amendments to the Law on VAT, which was proposed by the SDS MPs Mladen Bosić and Darko Babalj.

One of the proponents of the law, Mladen Bosić, said that the proposed law is of a technical nature, it changes the limits set in the VAT law.

"The limit for entering the VAT system is raised from 50,000 KM to 100,000 KM and the obligation to submit reports and pay VAT for taxpayers is moved from the 10th of the month to the end of the month," said Bosić.

In the explanation of the proposed legislation, the proponents stated that the reason for the adoption of the law is contained in the obvious need of taxpayers to have an appropriate deadline in which they are obliged to submit a tax return.
