OHR: There is no state border between the entities

SARAJEVO, September 18 (FENA) - The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ruled on the constitutionality of the use of the term 'border' in the RS Constitution in January 2000, concluding that the term 'border' is unconstitutional, the Office of the High Representative of the International Community (OHR) announced today.
