Salkičević-Dizdarević: BiH imports 65 percent of food while millions of hectares remain uncultivated

SARAJEVO, March 5 (FENA) - Chairperson of the Joint Committee on Economic Reforms and Development of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (BiH PA), Ermina Salkičević-Dizdarević, stated today that it is necessary to raise awareness of the importance of supporting agricultural producers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially bearing in mind that Bosnia and Herzegovina imports more than 65 percent of its food while at the same time millions of hectares of land remain uncultivated.
