SARAJEVO, March 15 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, said that the statements of some politicians that "opening the negotiation process means removing the institution of the High Representative from Bosnia and Herzegovina" have no basis in the Dayton Peace Agreement.
