SARAJEVO, March 22 (FENA) - The Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the EU's Special Representative in BiH, Ambassador Johann Sattler, welcomed the EU's decision to open accession negotiations with BiH, stating that he was overjoyed about it and that for him this was a moment he would remember forever.
