SARAJEVO, April 9 (FENA) - Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina Edin Forto said today that the Digital Europe Program is a program of the European Commission in which more than 1.5 billion KM are available to all countries of the Western Balkans, but still to participate in the digital transformation.
