Duratović: Local elections cannot be conducted according to the new law in RS

BANJA LUKA, April 19 (FENA) - Member of the Movement for the State in the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska Mirsad Duratović believes that the local elections in October cannot be held according to the election law of the RS adopted yesterday, primarily because of the procedures, but only according to the BiH Election Law, as the changes should be agreed upon by the ruling majority at the state level.
