BANJA LUKA, January 8 (FENA) - A member of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić said in Banja Luka today that "the RS Law adopted in this BiH entity has not been challenged by anyone, and therefore it is in effect and should be respected."
“January 9 is the day of the forming of RS, and it is formally the Day of RS, and even those who do not respect it should at least respect the legal norm. As far as I know, the law has not been challenged by anyone, and while it is in force, it should be respected, even by those who disagree with it” said Ivanić in a statement to the press.
He reiterated that he will participate in the celebration of January 9 this year and that "RS and the Serb people have the right to do so".
