SARAJEVO, January 14 (FENA) - The judgment announcement in the case of Slobodan Karagić has been scheduled for 15 January 2018, at 09:00 hrs, in courtroom 8.
The Indictment charged the accused Karagić under Counts 1, 2a), b), c) and d) and 3a) and b) with the commission of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity in violation of Article 172(1)(a), (e), (f), (g) and (i), as read with Article 180(1) and (2) item (1), and under Count 4a) and b) of the Indictment with the commission of the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173(1)(f), as read with Article 29 and Article 180(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, announced the BiH Court.
