BANJA LUKA, January 23 (FENA) - Representatives of Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) and entity inspectors held a meeting at the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) BiH in Banja Luka today, where they discussed beginning of implementation of amendments to the Law on Excise Duty in BiH.
Special focus at the joint meeting was on future control of register of stock of oil and oil products, especially gas as the new excise product, ITA stated.
All tax payers who are involved in traffic of oil, oil products and gas, need to complete a list of stock on 1st February 2018 before beginning of circulation.
Authority will also give detailed instructions on its website by the end of this week for list of stock and for import of gas after amendments to Law on Excise Duty in BiH start being implemented.
