Indictment confirmed against former Mayor of Bihać

SARAJEVO, January 31 (FENA) - The Bihać Municipal Court has confirmed an indictment against former Mayor of Bihać, Emdžad Galijašević, and two more persons for receiving gifts and withholding evidence.

The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Bihać has charged Galijašević, together with Smail Toromanović and Adelaida Galijašević, with receiving gifts and withholding evidence.

The Prosecution spokeswoman Seka Delić said that in adition to the indictment against Galijašević and others, the court has requested the seizure of property obtained through a criminal offense.

Galijašević was arrested in the summer of 2016 on suspicion of receiving bribe in the amount of 10,000 KM, reports BIRN - Justice Report.
