SARAJEVO, February 1 (FENA) – Rain is expected tomorrow morning in Herzegovina, Krajina, western and southwestern parts of Bosnia.
In other areas, the rainfall is expected in the second half of the day. As of midday, the air temperature in Krajina is expected to drop, and in the afternoon hours, the rain is likely to turn into sleet or snow.
Heavy rainfall is expected in Herzegovina, where there is likely to be a thunderstorm. Mostly is expected between 20 and 60 liters of rain per square meter, but locally there may up to 100 liters of rain per square meter.
In most parts of BiH, it will be windy. There will be moderate sirocco with strong blows between 40 to 60 km/h. In the second half of the day wind is expected in Krajina, and in the north and northeastern regions of the country, it will change direction to the northwest.
In the night between Friday and Saturday in Herzegovina, southwestern and eastern parts of Bosnia, stormy winds with the speed between 60 to 90 km/h are likely. The air temperature will mostly be between 10 and 16 degrees, stated the FBiH Hydro-Meteorological Institute (FHMZ).
