MOSTAR, Feb 5 (FENA) –Last weekend in the premises of the NSoft company and Business Park - SPARK, Mostar Pre-Moot (Mootstar) was held, which gathered over 30 law students from BiH, Croatia, Hungary and Germany, and more than 20 attorneys, lawyers, and academicians.
The statement issued by the Mostar Business Park- SPARK- points out that Pre-Moot is an essential part of the world's most significant competition in international commercial law and international commercial arbitration: Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vis Moot).
Through the event, Mostar has joined the global family of host cities around the world, which every year gather different groups of students, providing for them to prepare and practice for the Vis Moot competition, scheduled to be held in Vienna in March this year.
By supporting Vis Moot as an educational platform, NSoft and SPARK, as they point out, show that they are aware of the need of the legal and business industries and the importance of socially responsible business.
The Pre-Moot is also an essential part of the development of the Vis Moot training program that the ARBITRI Association has been implementing together with the CLDP since 2015. The program helps faculties from Bosnia and Herzegovina to prepare their competition teams.
With the support of industry, academic community, the government and non-governmental sector, Vis Moot in Bosnia and Herzegovina has become an educational platform that brings a very new generation of skilled practitioners in international arbitration and commercial law, says the statement issued by the SPARK.
