SARAJEVO, February 8 (FENA) - Vice-President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milan Dunović received today Franz Schausberger, Special Advisor of Johannes Hahn, Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations and the President of the Institute of European Regions (IRE).
The two officials talked about the current political situation in BiH with a focus on amending the Election Law in BiH.
Vice-President Dunović expressed hope that representatives of the international community will support the proposal of amendments to the Election Law that will not lead to further divisions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially not the one based on the ethnic principle.
He believes that Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a multiethnic country, deserves to be part of the European Union cherishing all its values.
The meeting was also attended by Head of the EUSR's Political Section at the EU Delegation to BiH Matt Field and Advisor to the FBiH Political Office Sanja Stojanović.
