SARAJEVO, February 9 (FENA) - The Municipal Court in Sanski Most has confirmed an indictment against Hamdija Lipovača for abuse of authority and misuse in public service, the Bihać Cantonal Prosecutor's Office stated.
Lipovača is charged with causing damages to the Municipality of Bihać in the amount of almost one million KM from April 2006 to January 2010, as the Mayor of the Municipality of Bihać through the project for the development of a geo-information system.
In a separate proceeding, Lipovača has been charged with misuses of authority and public service in the course of construction of the sports and recreational center "Stens" in Bihać from 2006 to 2009, BIRN reports.
