SARAJEVO, November 5 (FENA) - On the order of the special section for war crimes of BiH Prosecution, members of the State Information and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested on Wednesday Momir Pelemis (1949) former deputy commander of the 1^st battalion of the Zvornik Brigade and Slavko Peric (1947), former deputy commander for security of the battalion, both from Zvornik.  

Suspects shall be detained at the BiH Prosecution due to reasonable doubt of committing a criminal act of genocide, Article 171 of BiH Criminal Law, by participating in detention and execution of up to 1.700 Bosniak men from the Srebrenica enclave, taking them to Pilica and to the military academy Branjevo during July 1995, stated the release of BiH Prosecution.
