TUZLA, February 23 (FENA) - The University of Tuzla is a host of the event "The Day of India", and Ambassador of India seated in Hungary Rahul Chhabra visited the city today on this occasion.
Given that the Indian economy has an annual growth of eight percent, and that it is the fifth growing economy in the world, the visit to Tuzla was an opportunity for Prime Minister Jakob Suljkanović to talk about the cooperation opportunities with Ambassador Rahul.
Information technologies, pharmaceutical industry, and tourism infrastructure are some of the areas in which Indian investments in Bosnia and Herzegovina can be expected, especially since the last year’s participation of Indian delegation at the Sarajevo Business Forum.
“India will be the third growing economy in the world. A few weeks ago, we became the fifth growing economy, ahead of France and the United Kingdom,” said Rahul.
The visit of the Indian Ambassador was the main part of the event titled "Day of India at the University of Tuzla", which was consisted of art performances and various workshops.
