SARAJEVO, February 23 (FENA) - A delegation of the Postal and Telecommunication Company of the Republic of Turkey, led by General Manager Kenan Bozgeyik, visited today the Directorate General of "PE BH POŠTA" (BiH Post) d.o.o. Sarajevo.
Guests from Turkey were welcomed and hosted by the members of the BiH Post Directorate, headed by General Manager Mirsad Mujić.
This is a return visit of the Turkish General Manager and his associates to BH Pošta. In November last year, General Manager of Turkish Post Kenan Bozgeyik met with General Manager of the BH Pošta Mirsad Mujić and Executive Director Nedim Matoruga during the International Conference on e-Commerce in Turkey, stated the BiH Post.
On that occasion, the Protocol on cooperation between PTC Turkey and BH Post was signed, which defines business cooperation in all segments, with a special emphasis on the establishment of e-commerce of BiH Post.
The protocol with BH Pošta, among other things, determines that PTC Turkey will provide its expertise and assistance in establishing the BiH Post eCommerce platform that would cover the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, thus creating the conditions for easier exchange of products between the two markets and beyond. This could be especially useful to producers who will be able to place their products on the Turkish market.
In addition to eCommerce and other forms of cooperation, the collocutors also discussed the Regional Race Walking Competition, which will be held in the middle of this year, and the organizer and host will be "PE BH POŠTA" d.o.o. Sarajevo.
