SARAJEVO, March 2 (FENA) - Deciding in the procedure of custody justification review, on 26 February 2018 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision terminating the custody of the Accused Bojan Raonić, accepting the bail in the amount of BAM 50,000.00 (fifty thousand).
Once the Decision becomes final and binding and after receiving the proof of deposited bail, the Court shall issue an order to release the Accused Bojan Raonić. In case of the Accused person's flight, the Decision shall be passed determining the value provided on bail as revenue of the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Under the said Decision, the Court ordered upon the Accused Bojan Raonić the prohibiting measure of travel ban with the seizure of the valid travel documents and ban on issuing new ones, as well as the ban on crossing the border with the use of the ID card.
The imposed prohibiting measures may last as long as necessary or pending a new Decision of the Court. The review of the justifiability of the measures shall be carried out on a bimonthly basis.
Despite the deposited bail and prohibiting measures, the Accused will be ordered into custody if he fails to attend the court summons, and fails to justify his absence, or if it is determined that the Accused is preparing for the flight, or in case some other custody ground becomes well-founded.
Bojan Raonić is charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime in violation of Article 342(2) of the CC of FBIH /Article 383a(2) of the CC of RS/Article 336(2) of the CC of BH BiH as read with the criminal offense of Forging of a Document in violation of Article 373(2) in conjunction with Paragraph (1) of the CC of FBIH /Article 377(2) of the CC of RS / Article 367(2) of the CC of BD BiH and others, the BiH Court said.
