SARAJEVO, March 28 (FENA) - Activities that are being implemented within the framework of the IPA 2017 project on the fight against serious crime in the Western Balkans entail joint cooperation and training in the fight against serious forms of crime, within the activities of Bosnia and Herzegovina's EU integration process.
Acting Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Gordana Tadić, met with representatives of the IPA project 2017- Fighting Serious Crime in the Western Balkans, in order to agree on activities within this very important project for Bosnia and Herzegovina, said the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
The main donors of the project are the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Commission, and the activities are implemented by GIZ, CILC and the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Italy.
The project envisages a series of activities that will help strengthen the capacities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in fighting serious and international crime, transferring experiences from EU countries, and other joint activities.
The implementation of this project was also supported by the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC).
