SARAJEVO, April 24 (FENA) - Russia is a member of the Peace Implementation Council and has repeatedly stated that it fully respects the Dayton Peace Agreement, which includes the mandate of the High Representative, as well as the preservation of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of BiH, stated the Office of the High Representative commenting for FENA the statement of the Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko that it was hight time for the OHR to leave BiH.
They also stressed that the conditions for closing the High Representative's Office that were defined at the February 2008 Steering Board meeting of the Peace Implementation Council, known as the "5+2 Program", remain in force and have not changed.
