Agreement between BiH and China on visa abolition to come into force on 29 May

SARAJEVO, May 4 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Crnadak met today with the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Bosnia and Herzegovina Chen Bo.

During the meeting, Ambassador Bo presented the third note to Minister Crnadak, confirming that the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the mutual abolition of visas for ordinary passport holders will come into force on 29 May 2018.

The agreement on mutual abolition of visas for ordinary passport holders was signed on 27 November 2017 in Budapest.

The agreement stipulates that citizens of both countries may enter and stay in the territory of the other country without visa for up to 90 days, in any period of 180 days, the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
