SREBRENICA, May 8 (FENA) - Survivors, victims of crime, Bosniak representatives in Srebrenica and imam of Srebrenica mosque Damir ef. Peštalić said Al-Fatiha prayer today and laid flowers at the cemetery at the White Mosque in Srebrenica to mark 26th anniversary of crimes committed against Bosniak civilians in Srebrenica.
According to the testimonies, 27 houses and 12 people were set on fire on this day and 18 were killed in the city center. On the same day 30 Bosniaks were killed in Srebrenica villages.
No one has answered for these crimes.
After honoring the innocent victims, a history lesson was held. This anniversary will also be marked today in Dobrak, Rešagići and Skelani.
