ATHENS/SARAJEVO, May 23 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Crnadak emphasized yesterday at the BiH-Greece Business Forum in Athens that BiH and Greece had friendly relations with no open issues, but that they need to improve economic relations and foreign trade.
The business forum was organized by the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BiH MFA), in cooperation with the BiH Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations (MoFTER) and the BiH Foreign Trade Chamber (BiH FTC).
Mr. Crnadak said that the forum was a great opportunity for institutions and businesses from BiH and Greece to get to know each other better and exchange experiences and expressed hope that more than 50 planned direct business meetings will produce concrete agreements that will bring mutual benefit.
Besides Mr. Crnadak, the opening of the Business Forum was addressed by the BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Šarović, BiH FTC Vice President Nemanja Vasić and Director of the BiH Foreign Investments Promotion Agency (FIPA) Gordan Milinić.
During the Business Forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and BiH FTC and a number of meetings were held between BiH and Greek businessmen.
