SARAJEVO, June 18 (FENA) - German buyers of goods and services will meet for the fourth time with potential suppliers from countries of the region at a conference "German Initiative for Finding Suppliers in Western Balkan Countries", which will be held in Frankfurt tomorrow.
Representation of German Economy in BiH stated that BiH is once again at the top of the countries of the region with the highest quality suppliers.
They reminded this initiative offers a platform to connect German buyers of goods and services with suppliers from the Western Balkan countries within B2B meeting, and that over 70 registered German companies were able to evaluate companies from countries of the region.
Best evaluated companies will then have an opportunity to go to the conference in Frankfurt.
Project Manager of the Representation of German Economy in BiH (AHK) Sanjin Purgić emphasized there was great interest in BiH in 2018 and than more than 110 BiH companies applied to participate in the project, out of which 51 companies had an opportunity to have B2B talks in Frankfurt.
Total of 160 companies from the Western Balkan countries have bee invited to talks in Frankfurt and two best evaluated companies are from BiH - Ćićak Međugorje and SIK Mostar.
Deputy Director of AHK Sarajevo Martin Gaber said that the Western Balkans is still very interesting suppliers' market for German companies, especially for metal processing sector, sector of processing and production of plastic material, electric and electronic sector and automotive industry, Representation of German Economy in BiH stated.
