SARAJEVO, June 25 (FENA) – Anniversary of murder of three girls was marked in Dženetića čikma street in Stari Grad Sarajevo municipality today.
On this day in 1995 one of the many crimes against the youngest population was committed during the siege of Sarajevo. Sidbela (Sabrija) Zimić (1986), Amina (Adem) Pajević (1984) and Ljiljana (Zoran) Janjić (1983) were killed.
"Girls were only playing together and were killed by a grenade. Two more children were injured," said president of Association of Parents of Children of Besieged Sarajevo 1992-1995 Fikret Grabovica.
He sent a message to "judicial institutions to finally prosecute those responsible for these crimes".
The ceremony was attended by family members, friends, members of the Association and representatives of Stari Grad municipality.
