BiH Court - Guilty plea agreement in Pejo Marković case for organized crime

SARAJEVO, July 13 (FENA) - Having held a guilty plea agreement consideration hearing and the sentencing hearing, on 12 July 2018, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered a judgment finding Pejo Marković guilty of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(4) of the CC BiH, as read with the criminal offense of Aggravated Theft under Article 287(2)a) of the CC FBiH.

The Court imposed on him a suspended sentence of 2 (two) years of imprisonment, while stipulating that the sentence will not be carried out unless the accused commits a new criminal offense within 5 (five) years after the judgment becomes final.

In relation to the accused, charges were dismissed that he committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(4) of the CC BiH, as read with the continued criminal offense of Aggravated Theft under Article 287(1)a) and (2)a) of the CC FBiH, in conjunction with Article 286(1) of the CC FBiH, all in conjunction with Article 55 of the CC FBiH.

The case of Pejo Marković has been separated from the case of Vlado Delić et al.
