SARAJEVO, August 30 (FENA) - Minister of Defense of BiH Marina Pendeš held a meeting with Commander of NATO Headquarters in Sarajevo, Brigadier General Marty J. Bissell and talked to her about current activities in Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of BiH and plans for further cooperation between MoD and AF BiH and NATO HQ in Sarajevo.
Pendeš emphasized firm and ongoing commitment towards strengthening defense sector in BiH and need to continue working on fulfilling tasks to intensify Euro-Atlantic aspirations of BiH.
They also discussed all current activities in Ministry of Defense of BiH, such as the admission of soldiers and officers in BiH AF.
Commander of NATO HQ in Sarajevo General Bissell said she supports Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of BiH in all areas which contribute to building a defense system, Ministry of Defense of BiH stated.
