SARAJEVO, October 18 (FENA) - The scheduled session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has not been held today because of the lack of a quorum. The Security Minister Dragan Mektić told reporters that the reason for the lack of quorum is that the Ministers from the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ) BiH did not show up.
The HDZ BiH has three ministers who failed to appear, and in order for the Council of Ministers of BiH to make decisions more than 50 percent of the members must be present at the session, at least two from each of the constituent peoples.
At the announced session, the ministers, among other, were to consider the Proposal of the decision on issuing the guarantees under the Loan Agreement for the Corridor 5C in Republika Srpska between the public enterprise RS Motorways and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The agenda also included the Information on the state of migration in BiH in connection with the increased influx of migrants and information on the handover of the Ušivak barracks in Hadžići.
