SARAJEVO, December 28 (FENA) - After the session of the Committee for the Preparation of Election of BiH Council of Ministers was interrupted before its management was elected, member of the Committee Staša Košarac (SNSD) stated it is evident there are structures that do not want to see constitution of the Council of Ministers of BiH because it is necessary for the procedure to be led by Committee for election of chairperson and members of Council of Ministers.
He added it is impossible to start the procedure of election of chairman without this committee.
We believe, he noted, the most productive structure of government is the one made of election winners from RS and FBiH.
