SARAJEVO, January 27 (FENA) – Democratic Front of BiH condemned rejection of qualification by the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia on joint criminal venture in a Declaration adopted by the Croatian National Assembly (HNS), describing this act as “glorification of crimes and denial of legally-binding determined facts”.
“We call all international representatives to strongly condemn this anti-civilization act of glorification of crimes and denial of legally determined facts, as well as the Peace Implementation Council to discuss this matter at the next session, because this directly endangers peace and encourages new crimes,” it is stated.
HNS adopted a Declaration at yesterday’s session in Mostar, which among other things rejects qualifications of the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia on joint criminal venture which, as stated, has no grounds and is unfairly attributed to the Republic of Croatia, Herzeg-Bosnia and Croatian Defense Council. They stated that this qualification is being used to realize war aims and eliminate Croat people as political subject in BiH.
