MOSTAR, January 28 (FENA) – Croatian National Assembly (HNS) stated in a press release on Sunday that before anyone comments on content of the Declaration adopted at the HNS session, which refers to qualification "Joint Criminal Venture' (JCV) from the ruling against 'Croatian Six', they should first read what the Declaration actually states.
"Stance of HNS on JCV has been presented on many occasions and press releases, so this sentence in the Declaration is nothing new. We believe that JCV is an ideological and political design which has no grounds in the international law, especially having in mind the fact that it is trying to be used by great number of Bosniak political and media outlets as an implication to collectively blame the Croat people, HRHB and HVO", HNS stated in a press release.
They added that the Declaration responsibly discusses political position and future of Croats in BiH as their homeland and that the document definitely was not signed for daily political manipulations.
"That is why we would like to repeat to everyone reacting:
'We reject qualifications of the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia on joint criminal venture which is attributed to the Republic of Croatia, Herzeg-Bosnia and Croatian Defense Council without grounds. Such ill-intentioned qualification is unfortunately used to attempt achieve war aims and eliminate Croat people as a political subject in BiH, it is stated in HNS press release.
