SARAJEVO, March 4 (FENA) - High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (BiH HJPC) will consider appointment of acting chief prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton at the session scheduled for March 6-7, the Council told FENA.
Namely, appointment of the acting chief prosecutor of the SC Prosecutor's Office is one of the items on the agenda of the two-day session of BiH HJPC after the incumbent chief prosecutor Dalida Burzić was appointed a judge in the BiH Court in the meantime.
According to FENA's unofficial reports this function will be awarded to one of three deputies of Dalida Burzić, prosecutors Berina Alihodžić, Anika Kešelj or Aida Topalović.
