SARAJEVO, March 29 (FENA) - As part of the case related to the alleged recruitment of members of the Salafi movement to bring in weapons to BiH, organized by the Croatian intelligence and certain diplomats, Osman Mehmedagić, Director of the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH (OSABiH), was questioned today as a witness at the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, FENA learns from the state prosecution.
Previously, within the same case, opened by the BiH Prosecutor's Office, the testimony was submitted by Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Mektić, Deputy Minister of Security Mijo Krešić, and journalists of ‘Žurnal’ and RTRS Avdo Avdić and Mato Đaković.
As previously announced by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and as part of this case, all persons who have made allegations and claims that they have knowledge of the above mentioned activities will be questioned by Prosecutor's Office.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH will, as stated above, undertake activities to determine all the circumstances and allegations made in the media concerning the alleged recruitment of members of the Salafi movement for smuggling of weapons in BiH.
