SARAJEVO, April 17 (FENA) - Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bakir Izetbegović, today met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mahmoud Heidari.
The two officials emphasized that the relations of the two countries are at the highest level, and it was noted that the good relations on the political plane are accompanied by increased economic and foreign trade cooperation.
Izetbegović and Heidari expressed the need to continue with good inter-parliamentary cooperation between the highest legislative institutions, which will, as they said, further improve the relations between BiH and the Islamic Republic of Iran in all fields, stated the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
