SARAJEVO, June 23 (FENA) - The existence of stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina means the stability of the region of the Western Balkans, possibly the entire continent, and also affects Turkey's stability, which is why the Republic of Turkey is committed to helping BiH achieve political and economic stability.
This was said today by the Ambassador of Turkey to BiH Haldun Koç who was speaking at the regular weekly session of the Association of Independent Intellectuals "Circle 99" on the topic "Turkey's Initiative to Stabilize BiH".
"We are intensively working to improve trade exchange aimed at boosting Turkey's investments in BiH, and our goal is to achieve one billion dollars annually in trade exchange," explained Koç.
Speaking about ways of achieving stability, Koç stressed that the continuation of the tripartite dialogue between BiH, Serbia, and Turkey can contribute to this, as well as the dialogue between BiH, Croatia, and Turkey.
He expressed the opinion that there is no problem that cannot be resolved by dialogue, which is why he believes that it is necessary to use every opportunity and platform for this, whether it is international initiatives for regional cooperation or tripartite mechanisms.
