SARAJEVO, July 29 (FENA) - The total number of tourist arrivals in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in June 2019 was 135,160, which is by 27.5 percent more than in June 2018, and by 17.8 percent more than in May 2019. The share of domestic tourists was 18.8 percent, and foreign tourists 81.2 percent.
The total number of tourist overnight stays in June 2019 was 257,849, which is 26.6 percent more than in June 2018, compared to 30.4 percent in May this year. The share of domestic tourists in the total number of realized overnight stays was 20.7 percent while 79.3 percent were foreign tourists.
In the structure of foreign tourist overnight stays nights, most of them were made by tourists from Saudi Arabia (14.6 percent), PR China (7.2 percent), Croatia (6.4 percent), Poland (6.1 percent) and Turkey (5.6 percent), which is a total of 39.9 percent. Tourists from other countries realized 60.1 percent of overnight stays.
