SARAJEVO, August 20 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Member Šefik Džaferović urged today, after cancellation of the sessions of the BiH Presidency, to comply with decisions and laws adopted by state institutions and stressed that if there is a commitment to respecting the rule of law, everything can be solved.
He estimated that the essence of the problem is in unilateral effort of political representatives from Republika Srpska, led by BiH Presidency member and Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) leader Milorad Dodik, to block BiH's path to NATO.
“No one has the right to suspend these processes, this can only be done by adopting new legal solutions. We are all obliged to comply with the laws of this country, whether we like them or not,” said Džaferović.
He announced that fighting for complete and uncompromising rule of law will continue regardless of obstruction of individual parties, because that is the only solution.
Since Dodik announced his departure from the state-level coalition today, Džaferović said that the solution should always be sought, but it must not be against the rule of law.
