SARAJEVO, August 29 (FENA) –Vice President of the FBiH Chamber of Commerce, Mirsad Jašarspahić, said today that strengthening final production in the industry allows higher incomes and better wages in order to keep our workers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Jašarspahić participated in a panel-discussion where he talked about departure of the workforce, as well as whether the lack of quality staff causes our continued growth to slow down, as part of the regional conference "Export Challenge" organized today by Poslovne novine and BiH Foreign Trade Chamber with its partners.

He recalled that the FBiH Chamber of Commerce, with its members and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, has drafted industrial sector development strategies, which contain a number of specific operational plans and define challenges, and in each of them contains specific topic that is related to the lack of well-educated workforce, while experienced workers are leaving the country.

“We are going to face departure of quality workforce that will find employment in EU countries. Therefore, our goal is to maximize those industrial capacities that achieve a high degree of finalization, as you could recognize this in our activities in the automotive industry, furniture production, etc., ” stated the Vice President of the FBiH Chamber of Commerce.
