They discussed cooperation with the IRMCT Prosecutor's Office, with a focus on transfer of cases between the BiH and Serbian prosecutor's offices, as well as cooperation in investigations for dual citizenship and non-extradition cases, as well as assisting the IRMCT in these processes. Other issues related to regional cooperation were also discussed, which were initiated at the previous regional meeting of prosecutors in Belgrade in May this year.

On the second day of the visit, the Delegation of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina met with the Chief Prosecutor of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, Serge Brammertz and associates.

The meeting discussed the possibility of continuing assistance of the IRMCT Prosecutor’s Office in improving regional cooperation within the UNDP project involving prosecutors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro.
