Scanlan: Dialogue is key to progress

SARAJEVO, September 11 (FENA) - Principal Deputy High Representative and Brčko District Supervisor Michael Scanlan met today with Vice Presidents of Republika Srpska Josip Jerković and Ramiz Salkić in Banja Luka as part of his regular visits to discuss with officials in Republika Srpska.

He also met with the RS Minister of Justice Anton Kasipović.

Scanlan discussed with his interlocutors and exchanged views on the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Dialogue is key in any progress and efforts must be made to advance that dialogue. There are political differences, but it is possible to find common ground that will serve as a basis for bringing the country closer to its desired goal, which is EU integration,” said Principal Deputy High Representative Michael Scanlan, OHR announced.
