LONDON / SARAJEVO, October 9 (FENA) - FBiH Government delegation led by FBiH Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry Nermin Džindić and FBiH Trade Minister Zlatan Vujanović are in London for a presentation to potential investors of oil and gas exploration blocks in FBiH based on the invitation to issue a concession, which will be announced by the end of this month.
The presentation is also attended by Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Kingdom Vanja Filipović, Minister Džindić told FENA.
“I hope that this presentation will result in finding a concessionaire that would bring this decade-long project to its final stage. I am pleased that the presentation is also attended by representatives of the world's leading companies in the oil sector,” said Džindić.
Representatives of the British company IHS, selected by the Government of the FBiH as an international consultant, also participate in the presentation of the four blocks, which are supposed to contain oil fields. The leaders of the firm are Jim Thomas, Ben Morel and Tim Hemsted.
