BANJA LUKA, October 20 (FENA) - Milorad Dodik has failed to do anything in the BiH Presidency for a year and is therefore consciously making conflicts with the opposition, trying to blame them for his failures, honorary president of the Party of Democratic Progress (PDP) Mladen Ivanić said today.
He claims that Dodik did not do what he promised.
"There is no RS flag in the BiH Presidency, and Dodik announced it bombastically. We did not have a single session via video link, and Dodik announced that too. There is no demand to withdraw from the Indirect Taxation Administration (ITA) of BiH, or the Armed Forces of BiH, although Dodik has announced it and has not implemented anything," Ivanić said.
He stated that Dodik's greatest powerlessness is manifested in failing to form the Council of Ministers, because he is unable to do so, lacks strength and power.
At a press conference in Banja Luka, Ivanić also presented documents showing that the SNSD left behind the decision that BiH enters into the MAP and a former BiH Presidency document stating that they want BiH to become a full-fledged NATO member.
He claims that the Foreign Policy Strategy, adopted in Ivanic's term in the BiH Presidency, does not mention NATO membership, but uses the term - cooperation with NATO.
"Dodik, in his full political powerlessness, is trying to seek accountability elsewhere, even where it does not exist," Ivanić said.
PDP Vice President Igor Crnadak also said that Dodik and the SNSD have "managed" only to appoint Nebojša Radmanović and Nikola Špirić in the BiH Parliament.
"As of September 1, after my statement, he has not said he would withdraw from the ITA, the BiH Armed Forces, or ban the work of SIPA and OSA in the RS," Crnadak claims.
He adds that Dodik will not specify these issues in the announcement document for a special session of the RS National Assembly regarding the earlier adopted SDA declaration.
On September 1, Crnadak said that a Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, could bring BiH to the brink of war and endanger the survival of the RS if he insisted on the abolition of state defense, tax and judicial institutions.
