SARAJEVO, October 31 (FENA) - After a long period of time, the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Islamic Republic of Iran is getting a building for the needs of the embassy from the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
It is the result of months-long talks with the Ministry under the Agreement on Mutual Assignment of Real Estate of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iran.
The Embassy of BiH has been offered several buildings owned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, among which two buildings in Tehran at very attractive and representative locations.
According to the Ambassador of BiH to Tehran, Samir Veladžić, each of the offered buildings meets the present and future needs of the Embassy, followed by the selection and takeover of the facility in accordance with procedures to be implemented by the Ministry.
He thanked first and foremost the Iranian Ambassador to BiH Mahmoud Heidari and Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH for Bilateral Relations Ahmet Halilović for their efforts in resolving this outstanding issue, the BiH Foreign Ministry said.
