SARAJEVO, November 13 (FENA) - A second emergency session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in its incumbent term, has been convened for tomorrow in Sarajevo.
The agenda contains six bills submitted for an emergency procedure.
These acts include the Bill amending the Notaries Act, the Bill amending the Land Registry Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Bill amending the Family Law.
The remaining three are: the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Property Rights, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Registration of Business Entities, and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Inheritance in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The agenda also proposes Information on the Decision on Acceptance of Debt under the Loan Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the World Bank - International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for the Banking Sector Strengthening Project.
