BANJA LUKA, November 13 (FENA) - A member of the parliamentary group "Together for BiH" in the RS National Assembly Senad Bratić, believes it is the obligation of the Bosniak caucus in the Council of Peoples of RS to block the conclusions adopted at a special session of the RS National Assembly on November 12.
Those conclusions threaten the rights of not only the Bosniak but also other peoples, as they question the security and overall situation in both entities.
He also recalled that at a special session he warned proponents that most of the conclusions were contrary to the BiH Constitution, the Dayton Peace Agreement and that they were in violation of Annex 10.
“The entities do not have sovereignty, only the state of BiH, nor are they entitled to self-determination,” Bratić told FENA.
The conclusions, he believes, also derogate the dignity of the entity parliament, and he is convinced that the RS ruling structure has a problem explaining the need to adopt these conclusions.
Ambassadors of PIC member states believe that the conclusions of the Republika Srpska National Assembly are based on a misinterpretation of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which is why they reject it.
The statement of PIC ambassador which Russia disagrees with, says that BiH has its sovereignty and that the BiH Constitution leaves no room for "sovereignty" of entities, which legally exist only on the basis of the BiH Constitution, and has been repeatedly confirmed by the BiH Constitutional Court.
