SARAJEVO, November 19 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina upheld the BiH Prosecution's appeal and increase the prison sentence for Maksim Božić and Edin Hastor who were sentenced to prison under the terrorism charges in July this year.
Božić was initially sentenced to four and Hastor to two and a half years in prison, but the Court has now increased the sentence to six years for Božić and four years for Hastor.
“They planned and prepared attacks on the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in East Sarajevo and the Tuzla Canton Interior Ministry building,” said the first-instance verdict.
The Court then said that, as members of the radical Salafi movement, Božić and Hastor contacted other individuals to get arms and explosives, and planned and prepared terrorist attacks on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
