BANJA LUKA, January 3 (FENA) - There will be four more non-working days in Republika Srpska (RS) until January 15.

The entity Ministry for Administration and Local Self-Government confirmed that January 6 and 7, 2020, Christmas Day and Orthodox Christmas will be the non-working days in RS.

The non-working day is also January 9, based on the Government's decision on marking and celebration of the "RS Day", it is said in a statement.

That BiH entity does not currently have a law on that day, since the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued the decision on unconstitutionality of the Law on RS Day at the end of March 2019.

The non-working day, based on the Government's conclusion, will also be January 14, when the New Year is celebrated according to the Julian calendar.

And the first two days of 2020 were non-working as well in that BiH entity.

On Christmas days, Orthodox believers are entitled to a paid absence from work, while on the days of the Republic holidays, entities and bodies of local self-government units, enterprises, institutions and other organizations do not work.
